At Innovation Hub, we provide fully furnished office spaces designed to cater to your professional needs. Each office comes equipped with desks, chairs, and lockable filing cabinets. However, we understand the importance of a personalized and comfortable workspace. Therefore, we permit you to bring in additional or alternate furniture to customize your office. We encourage you to make the office your own, creating an environment where you feel comfortable and productive. This flexibility ensures that you can tailor your workspace to perfectly fit your style and business requirements.
Yes, Innovation Hub provides free onsite parking for all clients. We value convenience and accessibility, so our office space includes plenty of parking at no extra cost. Whether you're here for a short meeting or working full-time, you can enjoy easy parking right on site. This is part of our commitment to offering a smooth and comfortable working environment for everyone.
To secure a flexible office space at Innovation Hub, a signed agreement along with certified funds is required. We do not hold any offices unless these conditions are met. In certain instances, if you are not able to provide a signed agreement immediately, we can accept a non-refundable service retainer which will hold the office for a period of 10 business days. Additionally, when you are ready to fully secure the office, a service retainer as well as the first month’s membership fee must be paid. This structured approach ensures that all our clients experience a smooth and professional onboarding process when joining Innovation Hub.
At Innovation Hub, we offer several phone services tailored to suit the needs of our members. Any membership gives you the option to upgrade to a local phone number with phone service. If you opt for a dedicated desk or private office, you can also upgrade to have a phone set directly at your desk. Additionally, we provide phone answering and screening services to help manage your calls more efficiently. Our phone services are designed to enhance your professional presence and streamline your communication needs within our flexible office environment.
Innovation Hub offers 24/7 access to its flexible office spaces through keycard entry, ensuring you have the freedom to work according to your schedule. Our staff is available on-site from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, to assist you with any needs or questions. Building, elevator, and HVAC hours may vary depending on the location and are managed by the respective property management companies. For specific details about these hours at your location, please consult your Community Management team.
Absolutely! We love to host your guests! Once they arrive at Innovation Hub, they will check in at the front desk. Our friendly reception team will assist them and ensure you are promptly informed of their arrival. We offer multiple notification methods to suit your preference; you can choose to be notified via email, phone call, or text message. This seamless process ensures that both you and your guests have a professional and welcoming experience.
We love our furry friends too, but please keep them at home. Due to allergies and the comfort of all our clients, we ask that you do not bring pets to Innovation Hub. Our aim is to provide a professional and distraction-free flexible office environment for everyone.
